Oak Barrel Winecraft October Bottle Share

Once a month Oak Barrel Winecraft will open up the back of the shop for folks to gather around and share what they've made together. It's a great opportunity to get constructive feedback and try a wide variety of libations and snacks. Often there will be members from the local Bay Area Mashers homebrew club attending with their newest brews. Sometimes professional brewers who also learned how to first brew at Oak Barrel will drop by. This month we got the chance to share our Slava Ukraini California Amber Ale collab with Origin Brewer, a Rice Lager brewed with Koji Rice and Sake yeast, a new Brown ale with Black Tea and milk sugar, and a porter conditioned on medium roast Nicaragua Jinotega coffee beans from our friends at Hangover Coffee.

Monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of each month 6 - 8pm
