At Match Point Brewing, we are stand by our core values of Partnership, Pride, and Healthy Competition. We strive to foster these values in our culture for our team to thrive. Creating this culture starts with our team experiencing this support, believing in this mission and following the code of conduct.

We value honest feedback from our team, guests, and business partners, as they help us make improvements to our culture.

Expectations for employees, guests, business partners, and ownership: 

All employees, guests, and business partners must be treated with dignity and respect. We are committed to providing a culture free of harassment and discrimination.

We will not tolerate harassment or discrimination directed at our employees or by our employees against others with whom we serve or do business.

Harassment can be identified as:

  • Verbal, physical, and visual conduct that creates an uncomfortable working environment or interferes with work performance even if it is not unlawful.

  • Offensive comments related to race, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, mental illness, cognitive ability, physical appearance, age and religion.

  • Threats of violence including encouraging a person to commit suicide or to engage in self-harm.

  • Making unwelcome advances and/or verbal, physical, or visual conduct of a sexual nature.

  • Physical or simulated physical contact without consent including stalking or after a request to stop.

  • Continued one-on-one communication after requests to cease.

  • Photography or recording, including logging online activity for harassment.

  • Deliberate “outing” of any aspect of a person’s identity without their consent.

  • Deliberate misgendering or use of rejected names.

Harassment of any form is not acceptable in the workplace and in any work-related settings, such as company social functions.

Reporting Procedure:  

If you believe you have been subject to or witnessed anything that violates this policy, please immediately report such conduct to a manager or owner.

Managers are responsible for reporting any complaints of a violation of this policy to an owner.

After Reporting:

Upon receiving a report we will promptly conduct a fair and thorough investigation. A timely response to each report will be provided when the investigation is complete. Every report of misconduct or harassment will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.

If we determine this policy has been violated, we will take appropriate action to address the situation and deter future misconduct; this may include disciplinary action resulting in termination.

Most importantly, we will not retaliate against reporters of such misconduct or cooperating in an investigation in good faith.
